Head PGA Professional at Concra Wood – Bobby Fallon

A word from our Head Professional It is a great honour to take over as Head Professional at Concra Wood, one of the most prestigious golf clubs in Ireland. I am playing golf since I was 4 years of age having started in Bundoran Golf club under the tutelage of PGA Professional David Robinson. I captained our Fred Daly and Ronan Rafferty teams during my teen years in Bundoran. In 1999 I moved to Rossmore Golf club to continue to decrease my handicap under Gareth Mc Shea and Mark Nicholson. In 2002 in Moved to The Nuremore Hotel and Country Club to begin my PGA training as Assistant Pro to Maurice Cassidy.  I qualified as a Class A PGA Professional in 2006. I left The Nuremore Hotel and Country Club to become manager of the largest golf retail store in the North East of Ireland, Halpenny Golf. The retail experience gained here over 5 years was invaluable in my pursuit to become a head professional. At Concra Wood I intend to provide a fully stocked pro-shop as well as providing golf lessons to all ages and levels of ability. A club repair service will also be provided. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members who have made me feel very welcome since my arrival. Bobby.
